| shervin.mashayekh@gmail.com | nazaninsamadei@gmail.com | سلام شروین جان! نازنین صمدی هستم از شاگردهای دوره مدیریت محصول مقدماتی شما من 3سال پیش یوایکس و مقداری یوآی رو یاد گرفتم و تا امروز در پوزیشن یوایکس/یوآی دیزاینر فعالیت کردم هم بصورت پروژه ای هم فول تایم. توی این مدت فهمیدم که دید کلی تری دارم و برای پروداکت منجمنت مناسبترم تا دیزاین. برای همین هم دوره شما رو شرکت کردم. واقعیتش چون که شهرضا یکی از شهرستانهای اصفهان زندگی میکنم, شرایط کار حضوری برای پروداکت منجمنت نیست برام. حتی پوزیشن مناسبی در اصفهان هم پیدا نکردم که بعنوان کارآموز وارد بشم. در ادامه باید بگم که قصد مهاجرت دارم و الان واقعا گیج شدم که باید فعلا دیزاین رو انجام بدم و کار پروداکت منجمنت رو بذارم برای بعد از مهاجرت یا اینکه الان برم سراغش و راه دیگه ای وجود داره که واردش بشم.امروز که روش زوم این - زوم اوت رو توضیح دادین,حس کردم شاید همینجوری باید به قضیه نگاه کنم اما برای این کار به استفاده از دیدگاه شما که مسیر مشابهی رو طی کردین،نیاز دارم. در نهایت باید بگم میخوام از کمکتون استفاده کنم و برای مسیر شغلی خودم یک رودمپ تنظیم کنم ممنونم | December 6th, 2025 | |

I started my career as an associate HR and then moved to marketing and content, after which I realised that my interest doesn't lie in either of the fields, so I took up design and focussed on Brand Strategy and Identity Design, being from the marketing background did help me with the brand strategy part, however the challenge for me is in terms of designing, I do love it and my goal is to handle the entire Brand Strategy and design all by myself. I've been working as a junior UX designer in one of the largest Polish banks so far and only recently I've learnt that, due to job cuts in my department, my contract very likely won't be renewed at the end of December. I have to say that it was a shocker because I've been getting extremely positive feedback through this whole time, plus only recently I've been told that I managed to pull off a recent project without almost any help and so I'm ready to work on a project as a sole designer. My first contract was for 3, then for 12 months, so I will be having 15 months of experience at the end of this year. Not great, considering how difficult job market currently is for juniors. I'm also starting a small pro bono side project (project kick-off scheduled for this Wednesday) because I want to learn more and quicker, and at the same time I'm trying to finish my design portfolio (though I am honestly heartbroken with this recent news :/). I would love to talk about my next steps, if possible. I'm in a bad need of a plan and though I think I already have it – it would be awesome to bounce it off of someone.
